1 – General
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all products and services purchased via HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH. This also includes delivery.
The order becomes binding for the buyer when it is finally sent. The GTC shall be deemed accepted upon execution of the order.
The Buyer’s general terms and conditions of purchase are hereby expressly rejected.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH, 8005 Zurich. The contract is subject to Swiss law.
2 – Offer
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH excludes any liability for the products sold and delivered to the extent permitted by law.
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH’s offer is aimed exclusively at customers with their place of residence or registered office in Switzerland (CHE). Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In specially agreed exceptions, deliveries are also made to other countries.

3 – Prices
The sales prices published on HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH are authoritative. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
4 – Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
5 – Delivery
Your order will be carefully packed. Delivery is made from Switzerland by A Mail.
Delivery takes approx. 24 hours, depending on the day of order. If the goods are sold out, delivery may be delayed by a few days or up to approx. 2 weeks.
Dates and delivery periods are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The specification of specific delivery periods and delivery dates by HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH is subject to correct and timely delivery by suppliers and manufacturers.
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH is entitled to make partial deliveries.
6 – Shipping costs
The shipping costs are included in the price (free shipping), unless otherwise stated.
7 – Transfer of risk
Delivery is at the risk of the recipient.
The goods must be checked for correctness, completeness and intactness immediately upon arrival. Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately, at the latest two calendar days after receipt of the goods.
The risk shall pass to the Buyer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport. If shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH, the risk shall pass to the Buyer upon notification of readiness for shipment.
Visible differences in quantity must be reported to the carrier in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Hidden differences in quantity must be reported to HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH immediately upon receipt of the consignment. Any other complaints must also be reported immediately.
8 – Terms of payment
In the case of payment by credit card, the amount will be debited when the order is placed.
In the case of prepayment and Twint, delivery will only be made after receipt of payment.
A payment is only deemed to have been made when HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH can dispose of the amount.
9 – Retention of title
The delivered goods shall remain the property of HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH until full payment has been received.
In the event of late payment, HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH shall be entitled to charge default interest at the usual bank rate in addition to reminder fees.
For the duration of the delay, HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH shall also be entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time, to demand the return of the delivered goods and to claim compensation for the loss of the contract.
All claims shall become due immediately if the customer is in default of payment, culpably fails to comply with other material obligations under the contract or if HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH becomes aware of circumstances that are likely to reduce the customer’s creditworthiness, in particular suspension of payments, pendency of composition or bankruptcy proceedings.
In such cases, HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH shall be entitled to withhold outstanding deliveries or to execute them only against advance payment or securities.
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH reserves the right to demand advance payment or payment by credit card.
Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded both against HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH and against our vicarious agents, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for consequential damage resulting from the use of the products.
10 – Returns
It is not possible to return hygiene keys to HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH, as they are hygiene articles.
For returns of defective products, HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH requires that the defective product be sent to HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH, Heinrichstrasse 225, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland.
A copy of the invoice or delivery bill must be enclosed with returns.
Products that we procure at the customer’s request cannot be returned.
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH will not pay the postage costs for returns.
11 – Liability
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH excludes all liability for the products sold and delivered to the extent permitted by law.
HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH accepts no responsibility for the currency, accuracy or completeness of the information provided in the online store.
Liability claims against HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information and products provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information and products are fundamentally excluded.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding.

HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH expressly points out that most hygiene keys are made of metal. During use, scratches may occur on objects that come into contact with them (e.g. door handles, knobs). We reject any liability and claims for compensation for damage resulting from use. This is acknowledged with the purchase and the associated acceptance of these GTC.
The color of the products shown on HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH may differ from the actual product color.
13 – Data protection & storage
The collection and processing of personal data by HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH is governed by the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
No permanent customer accounts are created. Orders are placed exclusively as a guest. The data entered by the customer will only be used to process the order, delivery and invoicing.
Due to legal regulations (Art. 958f OR), HYGIENESCHLUESSEL.CH is obliged to keep business records and accounting documents (including invoices, order confirmations and the transaction data contained therein) for at least 10 years. This data will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention period, provided there are no further legal obligations.
The customer has the right to information about the personal data stored about them at any time and, after expiry of the statutory retention periods, to have it deleted.
Personal customer data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to uninvolved third parties, unless this is necessary for the provision of services (e.g. post/forwarding agents for delivery or debt collection service providers for credit checks).

Zurich is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship.
