Visiting the website

4. retention obligation (10 years)
Due to legal regulations (Art. 958f OR), we are obliged to keep business books and accounting documents for at least 10 years. This includes invoices, order confirmations and the transaction data contained therein. Even if the order has been completed, these specific documents are not deleted, but archived until the deadline has expired and blocked for other purposes.

– Logistics: Address data to shipping companies (e.g. Die Post) for delivery.

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time.
Important note on deletion: Data that is subject to the statutory retention obligation (see point 4) cannot be deleted before the end of the 10-year period, but can only be blocked for further use.
